COVID-19 Important Message to Clients

Dear clients and friends,

Due to increasing infections of COVID-19 throughout the County and State, we are moving to curbside services at this time.

Our goal is to keep our staff safe and healthy so we may continue to provide care for your pets. Additionally, we do not want to jeopardize the health of any of our clients or staff.

As of 7:30 AM, December 30, 2021, we will be moving to a curbside format for all appointments. We will remain open for pets, but request that you please call us at 303-661-0702 upon arrival. We will obtain a history regarding your pet and a staff member will come to your car and bring your pet(s) into the building. The doctor will perform our typical full exam and then call you back with our findings and recommendations for care.

For routine care visits we will do our best to complete all communications and services within a 45 minute window. If it is more convenient to admit your pet for a longer period of time, just let us know and we will attempt to accommodate your needs. We have always offered to admit patients for care while their family members went to work, ran errands, etc, and many of you have utilized that option in the past with great success. This service is still available.

If you have prescription medications or food to pick up, please call us upon arrival. A staff member will deliver your items to your car.

We will continue to review our policy in conjunction with recommendations from the CDC and State Health Departments, adjust and update these policies accordingly

We miss seeing everyone and hope to have you inside as soon as it is safely feasible for all. As always, thank you for your continued support.

* Please do not enter the building, a team member will come and meet you in the parking lot

* Following the exam, the Doctor will call you to explain the treatment plan

* Our Client Care Team will take payment over the phone when all services are completed.
