5 cups peanut better crunch cereal, such as Cap’n Crunch’s Peanut Butter Crunch
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
2 cups thin pretzel sticks, broken in half
3- 12oz bags toll house white baking chips
2-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix cereal, pretzels and mini marshmallows in a large bowl. Set aside.
Place white baking chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high 1 minute. Stir, and continue heating in the microwave in 30-second increments until the chips are completely melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the melted chips over the dry ingredients mix, and toss with a spatula or large spoon to coat well.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and cool completely. Break in to chunks and store in an airtight container.
