Erika joined LFAH in February 2012 as our Lead Client Care Specialist and moved into a management position because of her love for her team and dedication to excellent customer care.  Erika is bubbly and loves meeting new people, so the position has been a natural fit for her personality. Her favorite part of the job is building meaningful relationships with all of the clients and patients. Erika shares her home with her wonderful husband her purrrfect senior cat Mugsy. On her days off you will find Erika cozy in a blanket with a good book, on her yoga mat, playing outside in the mountains and rivers, or brainstorming puns to share with the team at morning rounds.
