Jessica grew up in Pennsylvania and always had a passion for animals and science from a young age. She graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Veterinary and Biomedical Science with Honors. Following graduation, she went on to study at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. There, she took particular interest in obtaining additional surgical training through a shelter medicine program.
After obtaining her Veterinarian Medicinae Doctoris degree, Jessica moved out to Colorado with her husband and their rabbit, Hokie. She worked in general practice for 2 years prior to joining the LFAH team. Jessica enjoys building relationships with clients and takes a particular interest in surgery, small exotic mammal medicine, and preventative medicine.
Jessica spends her free time biking, playing golf with her husband, and enjoys walks with their two dogs, Zoey and Boomer.
