Just for Kids!!

veterinarian and kids

We enjoy welcoming pre-school and elementary school children for a “Behind the Scenes” hospital tour, and working with local scout troops on their pet-related badges.
We are also supporters of the “Doggone Safe Bite Prevention Through Education” initiative, for the purpose of dog bite prevention and increased child safety around dogs. Please contact us if you would like to arrange for a “Be A Tree” classroom or scout troop presentation.

We hope you will enjoy these activities as a fun way to learn more about what veterinarians do, their pets and pet care. Pets are our friends, they make us laugh, and most important of all, we love them.

We know kids and their pets share a very special bond. It is important to be responsible for your dog or cat, so print off the pledge and sign it to help you remember how to care for your best friend!
